A perfect blend of flavors that combines the crispy, bold taste of CVale whole chicken leg cut by disk with the freshness of guacamole. Ideal for a friends catch up.
1. Mix the powdered seasonings: salt, black pepper, garlic, cumin and red pepper.
2. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken and mix well, massaging the meat. Set aside for half an hour.
3. Prepare the guacamole: thinly chop the pepper and onion, season with salt and lime juice. Add the diced tomato and the avocado after smashing it with a fork. Finally, add the torn coriander leaves.
4. Heat the oil to 180°C and deep-fry whole chicken leg cut by disk until it’s golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve the whole chicken leg cut by disk with guacamole.
