Seasoning the fish:
1. Seasoning the fish 200 ºC.
2. In a bowl, place all the tilapia steaks and season them with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside..
Preparing the seasoned butter:
1. In a bowl, add the butter, rosemary, parsley, chives, thyme, garlic and pepper. Mix everything very well. Set aside.
Cooking:
1. Using a small spatula, spread a layer of seasoned butter on both sides of each tilapia steak.
2. Place the steaks on a baking tray.
3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 ºC or until the steaks are golden brown.
Finalization:
1. Serve immediately with a green salad and cherry tomatoes.
