1. Season the drumettes with salt.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 180 ºC for 5 minutes and then place the drumettes to cook.
3. Cook them for 20 minutes or until they get golden brown.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by blending the water, vinegar, chili peppers, sugar, and cornstarch in a blender. Bring it to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until it boils and thickens.
5. Place the roasted drumettes in a bowl and pour in enough sauce to coat them, leaving a thin layer on the skin.
6. The sauce can be stored and refrigerated for up to 4 months.
