Now check the preparation method:

Seasoning the chicken:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

2. In a bowl, season the CVale Inner Fillet with salt and pepper.

3. Add the mustard and mix everything. Set aside.

Preparing the seasoned toasted cassava flour:

1. In a bowl, add the toasted cassava flour, garlic, chives, parsley, paprika, and lemon zest.

2. Mix all the ingredients very well so that all of them are well incorporated. Set aside.

Preparing the skewers:

1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.

2. Skewer each inner fillet on a wooden skewer.

3. Coat each fillet in the seasoned toasted cassava flour, making sure to cover each fillet well, forming a crust.

4. Place the skewers side by side on a baking sheet.

5. Bake them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 200 ºC.
