Air fryer, Oven
In this recipe, the CVale Breaded Chicken Fillet is ready to eat. Just add tomato sauce and cheese. After a few minutes in the air fryer the dish is ready to be served!
Try it.
Roasting the chicken:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
2. Place the CVale Breaded Chicken Fillets in the basket.
3. Cook them for approximately 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Set aside.
Making the sauce:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter, a dash of olive oil and the sliced garlic.
2. Fry until it starts to brown, then add the peeled tomatoes or passata, thyme and basil, and use salt and pepper to season it.
3. Cook everything over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes. Set aside.
Assembling:
1. Place the chicken fillets on a large baking tray or casserole dish.
2. Pour some of the sauce over the fillets but don’t cover them completely.
3. Add the mozzarella cheese.
4. Cook it in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for approximately 10 minutes.
5. Take it out of the oven and garnish it with basil leaves.
