Now check the preparation method:

1. Place a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.

2. Place the sausages in the pan and fry until lightly browned, flipping them from time to time to brown all sides.

3. Finally, add water to the bottom of the pan and close the lid, waiting for 2 minutes.

4. Remove the sausages from the heat. On a cutting board, cut them into three parts and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add the butter and carrot, letting it fry for 1 minute.

6. Add the garlic and red onion, frying for 1 more minute.

7. Add the bell pepper, corn, broccoli and zucchini, mix them all and fry everything for 1 more minute.

8. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes.

9. Add the chopped sausages, mix again and turn off the heat.

10. Add the parsley, chives and oregano, and mix well.

11. Serve it on bread rolls.
