Seasoning and frying the chicken:

1. Season the chicken steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.

2. In a non-stick frying pan, add the butter and olive oil. Let the butter melt.

3. Fry the chicken steaks for about 5 minutes on each side. After that, set them aside.

Preparing the sauce:

1. With the pan still hot, add more butter and let it melt.

2. Add the garlic and fry it for 1 minute, then add the wheat flour, stirring well.

3. Add the chicken broth and mix well, dissolving the other ingredients in the pan and the flour.

4. Add the curd cheese cream and lemon pepper. Mix everything until all the ingredients are well incorporated and cooked.

5. Reduce the heat and add the pasta to the pan, cooking for 1 more minute.

6. Adjust salt and pepper if necessary.

7. Add the chicken steaks over the pasta, remove from the heat and serve. Garnish with parsley.
