1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into medium cubes.
2. Cut the onion into thin slices.
3. Crumble the cheese, leaving irregular pieces.
4. Add all these ingredients plus the olives and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with the lime juice and mix well.
5. Fry the chicken breast fillets in preheated oil at 180 ºC for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
6. Distribute the fillets evenly over the salad.
