Air fryer
Perfect for spending time with friends or a cozy night at home, these snacks are easy to make and guaranteed to impress everyone who tastes them.
Seasoning the fish:
1. Season the CVale Tilapia Fingers with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, lime zest and salt.
3. Place the mixture on a plate. In another plate, place the beaten eggs and, in another, the panko flour.
4. Coat the fingers in the flour mixture, tapping off any excess. Then, coat in eggs and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
5. Place the fingers in a preheated air fryer at 190 ºC for around 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the time.
Preparing creamy parsley sauce:
1. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt, lime juice and zest, parsley, chives, chili pepper, garlic, onion and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Serve the tilapia fingers on a large plate, placing the parsley sauce in a recipient in the center of the plate.
3. Garnish with chives on top.
