Air fryer
Easy and quick to make, this bread roll with CVale Chicken Sausage and cheese will become a tradition at your family’s happy hour or snack. Try it!
Preparing the meat:
1. Remove the skin from the sausages and place the meat in a bowl.
2. Add the mozzarella cheese and green seasoning (parsley and chives) to the meat. Mix them well.
Filling the rolls:
1. Cut the bread rolls in half.
2. Spread a little curd cheese cream on each half.
3. Stuff each half with the seasoned sausage mixture.
4. Add a little more grated mozzarella cheese on top of each bread half.
Baking:
1. Place the stuffed rolls in the air fryer heated to 180 ºC.
2. Bake them for 12 minutes or until they get golden brown.
Serving:
1. Serve immediately.
